 Re: Tequila
I miss you too Trying to get back to AO, but between the *thinks* $700 I need to pay for just my Glock and holster, in addition to the other money I have to pay out, it's kinda hard to find $15 to pay for my account. Edit - I forgot to mention that I also have to get medical insurance again and then cover my deductible for my corneal replacement surgery - Which is...a lot ^^ And that pretty much is key for me at the moment.

 Re: Tequila
Basically it's slightly more affordable price tag. As much as I wanted to get my hands on a P239, I can't find one within the price range I'm willing to spend. I mean, it's a great pistol, but I'm not going to pay $700 base price for one. And since finding a SP2340 is almost impossible, that one's just sitting on my wish list. The Glock 23 however, is readily available and at a $550 base price, within my budget. Also, it's compact frame makes it easy for me to conceal, which is another important facet I was interested in.

 Re: Tequila
Family Guy got it wrong. It's "Guns don't kill people, trauma from the gunshots do" ^^ Yes I'm sick I know Remind me to take a picture of my POST qualification target and post it sometime

Seiran wrote: The Glock 23 good all-rounder, small enough to make a good CC, big enough to still have stopping power. I have a Glock 23 and a Springfield XD 45, of the two I would CC the glock over the XD any day of the week. Pulling the trigger at the range, or wherever, I prefer the XD 45.

 Re: Tequila
Yea I'm not a huge fan of the Glock's trigger pull, but that goes away with training, which is why I'm taking 200 rounds to the range with me the Saturday after I get it

 Re: Tequila
hehe I got a story...
One of my friends went to a party where she met this guy she was really REALLY into. He served Tequila and she just downed them as they came... one after another, no lemon or salt there, just straight up, while gazing lovingly into his eyes...
As the party breaks up he asks if he can walk her home. As she goes outside, it hits her - the POWER puking she walks 5 steps, pukes, walkes a few more, pukes etc... Let's just say she didn't get a good night kiss...
